Role: CX4U Consultant (Front Office)

As a CX4U Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your role involves defining solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Intermediate proficiency in Oracle CX4U and DCS is required. Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Customer Experience (CX) is recommended. Additionally, intermediate proficiency in Applications Architecture, Technology Architecture, Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Cloud Solution Design, and Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform is suggested.

Develop comprehensive technology architecture plans that align with project goals and client requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of architectural solutions. Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative, scalable solutions to enhance system performance. Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve architectural approaches and maintain competitive advantage.

Role: OFS Consultant

As a OFS Consultant, you will be responsible for innovating and designing function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators to meet business process and function requirements. You will work closely with business process owners to create process blueprints and establish business process requirements that drive efficiency. Your role includes assisting in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are fulfilled, as well as educating stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the designs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Advanced proficiency in Oracle Financial Services is required. Advanced proficiency in Oracle Utilities is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design, Functional Designs, Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA), and Oracle Financials is suggested.

Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business function designs with organizational goals and technology capabilities. Provide expert guidance on integrating business process improvements with existing systems and workflows. Analyze complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions that support scalable growth and adaptability. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with a clear understanding of process designs and their impact.

Role: WACS Functional Lead (Above Ground)

As a Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading integration workstreams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for projects in Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), ensuring successful transformations or upgrades into Oracle platforms. You will lead the integration approach, strategy, and plan deliverables in the design phases of large projects.

Help gather and analyze requirements to transform integration architecture development artifacts. Understand the core architecture and integrations for Oracle Utilities applications, leading integration strategy, integration diagrams, and integration rationalization. Manage tasks, set priorities, and coordinate with different teams. Serve as a technical expert, team lead, and mentor for on and offshore teams navigating complex integration and application administration challenges. Work closely with the Technical Designers to ensure the technical solutions align with the solution approach. Perform environment planning, provisioning, architecture support, dress rehearsal execution, and cutover support. Support Release and Migration Management with DevOps pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure integration data integrity and performance. Oversee project timelines, risk assessments, and deliverable quality.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities and integration projects, ideally in Oracle SaaS cloud environments.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience working on Oracle Utilities applications like Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Customer to Meter (C2M).
  • Minimum 4 years as a team lead responsible for planning, managing, and delivery coordination among internal, offshore, and client team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 12 year work experience.

Role: WACS Functional Lead (Below Ground)
