Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong SAP SD expertise to lead and drive large-scale programs within the Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash (O2C) ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and program management skills, along with deep functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD).
The role requires someone who can work effectively across cross-functional teams, manage risks, resolve ambiguities, and ensure successful delivery of programs from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end programs/projects in SAP SD and Supply Chain domain
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IS&T, and leadership teams
- Drive alignment across teams and keep stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate discussions and steer conversations toward common business goals
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, escalations, and successful delivery
- Identify ambiguities, analyze problems, and proactively recommend solutions
- Assess potential business and technical impacts before execution
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Ensure projects are brought to a logical and successful closure
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, project updates, and keynote presentations
- Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Sales & Distribution workflows
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve supply chain processes
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience in Project / Program Management
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle
- Strong experience in Supply Chain domain
- Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and people management skills
- Strong risk assessment and escalation management experience
- Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, articulation, and presentation skills
- Strong Keynote / PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience working in both SAP Support and implementation environments

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
