Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Configuration & Development Expert for a contract role in Waltham, MA. This position focuses on advanced configuration, compensation plan building, and system customization for complex business needs. You will be responsible for data integration, automation scripting, agent lifecycle management, workflow optimization, and Crystal Reports development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Callidus Configuration & Development: Possess advanced skills in creating and maintaining compensation rules, building and optimizing compensation plans, and customizing system configurations for complex business needs.
  • Data Integration & Management: Experience integrating data between SAP Callidus and landing pad databases. Skilled in consuming and exposing APIs for seamless system interoperability.
  • Automation Scripting: Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting for automating recurring tasks, improving process efficiency, and reducing manual intervention.
  • Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM): Skilled in managing the end-to-end agent lifecycle, including version control, hierarchy management, and database sync processes.
  • Workflow & Organizational Data Integration: Expertise in integrating SAP organizational data into workflows, performing workflow adjustments, and aligning processes with evolving business structures.
  • Crystal Reports Development: Ability to design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports for operational and analytical reporting needs.
  • Oracle PL/SQL for Data Integration & ETL: Strong command over Oracle PL/SQL for building ETL processes, managing large-scale data integration, and supporting reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • SAP Incentive and Commission Management (ICM)
  • PL/SQL
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Contract Details:

  • Max rate: $55/hr on C2C.
  • Location: Waltham, MA.
