Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in system administration, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow instances. This role requires a certified professional with at least 5 years of experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in deploying, validating, and operationalizing custom applications on the NOW platform, with at least 1 year of proven experience in this area. Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow instances to meet business requirements.
- Develop and deploy custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and support ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and applications.
- Ensure the successful deployment, validation, and operationalization of custom applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in setting, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow instances.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in deploying, validating, and operationalizing custom apps on the NOW platform.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- At least 5 years of application development experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITAM-HAM, ServiceNow ITAM-SAM, ServiceNow ITOM-Discovery, and ServiceNow ITSM.
