Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a Workday-integrated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) along with proven experience in integrating Salesforce with Workday (HCM/Finance) using API-led and middleware-based approaches (MuleSoft/Boomi).
This role requires ownership of end-to-end solution architecture, including data modeling, security, scalability, and integration strategy, while collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders. The candidate should be hands-on, capable of driving best practices, and ensuring seamless data synchronization and performance across systems in a complex enterprise ecosystem.
Onsite presence in Pleasanton is required.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
