Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financial Services (OFS) Functional Consultant for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in OFS and OFSAA, with proven experience in business process design and functional design. This role requires a strong client-facing presence and the ability to lead workshops and influence stakeholders. Familiarity with Oracle Utilities and Oracle Financials is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financial Services (OFS) and Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA).
- Lead workshops and collaborate with clients to understand business requirements.
- Design and document functional solutions based on client needs.
- Configure and customize OFS and OFSAA modules.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support.
- Train end-users on OFS and OFSAA functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and development.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OFS and OFSAA features and best practices.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Financial Services (OFS) and Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA).
- Proven experience in Business Process Design and Functional Design.
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to lead workshops and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Oracle Utilities and Oracle Financials is highly preferred.
- Must be available to travel for on-site workshops and collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
