Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Salesforce & Automation Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for leading a QA team and managing end-to-end testing activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test strategy, automation frameworks, and Salesforce application testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities.
- Define test strategy, test plans, and automation approach.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium / Webdriver IO).
- Ensure expertise in Salesforce application testing.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab / Azure DevOps).
- Manage defect tracking and reporting using tools like JIRA / qTest.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Provide test metrics, status reports, and quality insights.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Automation.
- Strong experience in testing Salesforce applications.
- Proficiency with automation tools: Selenium WebdriverIO/Cypress / Playwright.
- Solid programming skills in Java / JavaScript.
- Experience with API testing using Postman / REST Assured.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins/GitLab / Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud testing platforms (Sauces / BrowserStack).
- Domain knowledge in Insurance / Banking/CRM is a plus.
- Digital Skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Automated QA – TestComplete.

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
