Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on building and optimizing a travel request system to manage international travel requests and track employee travel activity.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including workflow automation, scripting, and data modeling, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a custom travel request form and workflow within ServiceNow.
- Build and maintain custom tables and data models to track employee international travel days.
- Configure and enhance workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform.
- Utilize GlideRecord and GlideQuery APIs for efficient data handling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Create and execute test cases to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and development processes.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (required)
- Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow
- Experience with GlideRecord and GlideQuery APIs
- Proven expertise in designing and building custom ServiceNow tables and data models
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro-Certification
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Prior contracting or consulting experience
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Interview Process

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $75 per year
