Role: Solution Design Architecture

We are looking for a skilled professional to design, develop, and implement Varicent Solutions. This role involves creating and maintaining ETL processes, data pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will be responsible for creating dynamic reports for Commission insights and aligning Varicent architecture with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design Architecture: Define and implement Varicent ICM architecture aligned with business requirements. Design complex compensation models, workflows, and calculation logic within Varicent.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of Varicent developers and administrators. Provide guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Integration & Data Management: Manage integrations between Varicent and CRM, ERP, HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday). Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely processing for incentive calculations.
  • System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure Varicent modules, roles, and security settings. Monitor system performance and apply patches/upgrades as needed.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports for incentive payouts, performance metrics, and compliance. Provide insights to improve compensation strategies and reduce errors.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to align Varicent solutions with business goals. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements. Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance purposes.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Varicent ICM architecture.
  • Expertise in designing complex compensation models, workflows, and calculation logic within Varicent.
  • Experience leading Varicent development teams and providing technical guidance.
  • Proficiency in managing integrations between Varicent and CRM, ERP, HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of data accuracy, integrity, and processing for incentive calculations.
  • Experience in configuring Varicent modules, roles, and security settings.
  • Ability to monitor system performance and manage patches/upgrades.
  • Skilled in developing dashboards and reports for incentive payouts and performance metrics.
  • Ability to provide insights for compensation strategy improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience maintaining audit trails and documentation.

Desirable Skills:

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Scripting and automation skills.
  • Experience with IBM Websphere.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, Testing (Performance Testing), SAP, digital technologies, and Salesforce Administration/Functional Design.

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Clearwater, FL
