Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) Domain Consultant with at least 15 years of experience to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting our CFO office and guiding strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP, specifically with Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS), and possess expertise in data concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making for the CFO office.
  • Perform ETL and data modeling to map data between Oracle EPM and the single source of truth.
  • Utilize Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS) for financial operations.
  • Leverage forecasting tooling to predict future revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Evaluate company performance, identify financial trends, and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to executives to guide investments, cost management, and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards financial and operational goals.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience as an Onshore FPA Domain Consultant.
  • Proven experience in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Modelling.
  • Demonstrated experience in Scenario Analysis for CFO office.
  • Strong ETL and Data Modelling experience, particularly for mapping between Oracle EPM and a single source of truth.
  • Expertise with Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS).
  • Proficiency with Forecasting Tooling.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Digital: SaaS EPM Oracle Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS).
  • Knowledge of Oracle eBS R12 Financials.

Domain Focus:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA)
  • Mortgage Industry experience is a plus.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
