Role: Java Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications built on Java, Spring, React, and relational databases. The developer will collaborate closely with architects, team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems within an Agile environment. The role also requires significant hands-on development, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and mentoring of team members.
Job Functions / Duties & Responsibilities:
Software Design, Development & Delivery
- Collaborate with Systems Architects, Technical Leads, and Developers to design, develop, and deploy solutions in Java and React.
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements; design and develop database-backed applications.
- Perform new development, enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements to meet business needs.
- Review functional requirements and create technical designs, subsystem documentation, estimates, and task breakdowns.
- Ensure application design and implementation adhere to industry standards and organizational architecture guidelines.
Testing, Quality, and Troubleshooting
- Develop, refine, and execute automated and manual unit/integration tests.
- Ensure all components are tested thoroughly prior to production releases.
- Support and troubleshoot issues across production, QA, and non-production environments.
- Document resolutions and maintain support knowledge base.
Collaboration & Mentoring
- Work closely with Product Analysts, QA, UAT, PMO, and Development teams in a cross-functional Agile/Scrum environment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team skill development and code quality improvements.
Documentation & Compliance
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including: Technical requirements, Architecture & subsystem designs, Testing strategies & outcomes, Production support notes.
- Ensure compliance with architectural and coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Core Java / Advanced Java
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring DI)
- JDBC, JPA/Hibernate
- API development & API design (RESTful Services)
- UNIX/Linux & Windows environments
- Relational Databases & SQL
- Java IDE (IntelliJ preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Special Requirements
Work Mode: Hybrid. Must attend Client F2F Interview Onsite; Post-selection: 3 Days/Week from Office. Need Local only for Contract.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
