Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Lead / Architect to join our team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML, extensive hands-on experience with leading LLMs, and a proven ability to build and tune LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of GenAI and LLM solutions.
  • Develop and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Build, tune, and deploy LLM-based applications using platforms like Vertex AI and Hugging Face.
  • Develop robust prompt engineering strategies and create reusable prompt templates.
  • Implement agentic framework-based use cases.
  • Assess and ensure the performance and safety of GenAI features using Guardrails.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, FastAPI, Seaborn, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Integrate generative AI with enterprise applications using APIs, knowledge graphs, and orchestration tools.
  • Utilize various vector databases (e.g., PG Vector, Pinecone, MongoDB Atlas, Neo4j) for data storage and retrieval.
  • Design solutions for high-throughput processing of large amounts of unstructured data.
  • Deploy GenAI-based models to production environments.
  • Apply MLOps principles for model evaluation and robust deployment pipelines.
  • Implement CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Argo CD) for automated workflows.
  • Utilize container orchestration platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes for deploying and scaling applications.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Core AI/ML Foundations: GenAI, Machine Learning (ML modeling), Data Science, Statistics, NLP, Neural Networks, LLMs.
  • Generative AI & LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Gemini, OpenAI models, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Llama, and other open-source LLMs.
  • RAG Expertise: Deep working knowledge and hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and advanced RAG techniques.
  • Prompt Engineering: Expertise in developing prompt engineering strategies, prompt tuning, and creating reusable prompt templates.
  • Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with agentic framework-based use case implementation.
  • GenAI Safety: Working knowledge of Guardrails for assessing GenAI feature performance and safety.
  • Programming Proficiency: Strong Python programming skills with extensive experience in Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, FastAPI, Seaborn, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Enterprise Integration: Proficiency in integrating generative AI with enterprise applications using APIs, knowledge graphs, and orchestration tools.
  • Vector Databases: Hands-on experience with PG Vector, Pinecone, MongoDB Atlas, Neo4j.
  • Data Handling: Experience with large amounts of unstructured data and high-throughput processing solutions.
  • Deployment & MLOps: Experience deploying GenAI models to production, understanding of MLOps principles, model evaluation, and robust deployment pipelines.
  • CI/CD: Strong expertise in CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Argo CD).
  • Cloud & Containerization: Proven experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Dallas, TX / Jersey City, NJ / Jacksonville, FL / Tampa, FL (The primary location for this role is Dallas, TX, with flexibility for other listed locations.)
