Job Role Overview
We are urgently hiring an experienced Oracle Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Domain Consultant with a focus on the Mortgage industry. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, coupled with hands-on experience in ETL, Data Modelling, and Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide actionable financial insights to CFO and finance leadership to aid in executive decision-making.
- Map and integrate data effectively between Oracle EPM and various enterprise data sources.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and report on financial performance.
- Utilize Oracle EBS R12 Financials and other Oracle EPM tools for financial management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-15+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proven experience with scenario analysis for CFO/finance leadership.
- Hands-on experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and Data Modelling.
- Extensive experience with Oracle ERP and specifically Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Experience with various financial forecasting tools.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
- Strong understanding of data concepts and performance management reporting.
- Experience within the Mortgage industry is highly desirable.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
