Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester with extensive experience in automation testing, Selenium, Java, JavaScript, and Salesforce. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Hartford, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Test APIs and data integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Perform Test Automation and execution, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Validate and test topic and action accuracy, refining and iterating based on results.
  • Ensure test data accurately represents realistic user interactions.
  • Generate prompts and leverage the Test Center to execute these prompts for testing.
  • Apply strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Agile principles, particularly in a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with offshore teams in an on-shore/off-shore support model.
  • Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests.
  • Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
  • Experience in Test Automation and execution.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Experience working in an on-shore/off-shore support model, collaborating with offshore teams.
  • Experience with Test Management tools like Rational Tool suite and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems.
  • Healthcare experience.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Hartford, CT.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
