Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience, specializing in TCA, Oracle Payables (OAP), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week. The position is for 9-12+ months with a rate of ~$62/hr. An in-person interview is required.
Role Overview:
- Perform functional analysis and configuration of Oracle EBS modules (TCA, OAP, CM, FAH).
- Gather business requirements and document end-to-end processes.
- Work on Vendor management (TCA).
- Manage Payables, banking, and cash management (OAP/CM).
- Oversee Accounting, reporting, and month-end close (FAH).
- Educate and support teams on EBS functionality and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans (SIT/UAT).
- Create functional and technical documentation.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 (GL, AP, AR).
- Hands-on expertise in Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Oracle Payables (OAP), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
- Experience in full SDLC lifecycle projects.
- Knowledge of US GAAP / international accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work in a distributed team environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6-10+ years in Oracle EBS functional roles.
- Strong finance domain background.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead modules independently.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in financial transformations or large ERP implementations.
- Experience with data migration / system conversions.
Location Details:
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week.
- Possible locations: Toronto, Princeton, NJ, or Midtown Manhattan, NY.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $129,000 – $156,000 per year
