Job Description: Senior Technical Specialist
Experience: 8+ years Mandatory. Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid) 5:00 AM 2:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Must provide copy of Degree.
- Five (5) plus years experience in designing and implementing network architectures for enterprise-scale environments.
- Five (5) plus years of proven experience in Software Defined Networking (SDN), Software Defined Access (SDA), and Cisco Identity Engine (ISE).
- Proficiency in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routers/Switches.
- Valid certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CCDE, PCNSE, NSE9, JNCDA, JNCDS-DC. Must provide copies of certifications.
Job Description: Senior Desktop Engineer
Experience: 10+ years Mandatory. Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)
Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with IT infrastructure design, build, deploy, and support, focusing on desktop, laptop and peripherals management.
- At least five (5) years of experience with design, build, deploy, and management of Desktop as a Service (DaaS) such as AWS Workspace or Windows 365 (Cloud PC).
- At least five (5) years of experience with automation and scripting using Power or Python to automate deployments and system builds.
- At least seven (7) years of experience performing device management utilizing enterprise management suites like Microsoft Intune, SCCM (MECM) and JAMF.
- At least ten (10) years of experience providing operational support, maintenance, patching, provisioning, software packaging, deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution for Windows and macOS devices and peripherals.
- Bachelors in IT related.
Desirable Qualifications:
- One or more of the following or related certifications: Microsoft Windows Server Administrator, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator.
- Experience providing consulting services to State and/or Federal agencies in the USA.
- Experience implementing endpoint security including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, etc.
- Experience migrating Active Directory (AD) group policy objects (GPO) to MS Intune policies.
- Experience managing and supporting devices running Windows 11 24H2 or higher and macOS 15 (Sequoia) or higher.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
