Job Description:
- Role: IT Project Manager

- 5 years on Digital (website) Projects
- Good grounding and experience of website delivery so appreciation of CMS plus website back-end applications.
- Good experience of managing external Vendors is essential.
- Experience of managing complex multi-faceted projects.
- Experience of Testing websites (QA, BUAT, SIT etc).
- Strong Stakeholder management.
- Manages IT projects, coordinating teams, sprints, and resources to ensure timely delivery while adhering to Agile/Waterfall principles and fostering continuous improvement.
- Responsibilities include aligning IT practices with business needs and leading the cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives.
- Key duties involve facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, and resource requirements from concept through implementation.
- The manager leads sprint planning and stand-ups to guide the project lifecycle, utilizing Agile methodologies to drive incremental delivery.
- Collaboration with technical and product teams is essential to prioritize and scope complex projects, while also creating visibility into progress for stakeholders and managing cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Level 2 = 4-7 years of experience (Note: This seems to contradict the 15+ years requirement, clarification may be needed).
Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
