About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Gen AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing cutting-edge prototypes, Proofs of Concepts (PoCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) leveraging advanced AI/ML techniques. You will work with a variety of AI/ML models and frameworks, contributing to the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI/ML models and solutions using Python and relevant libraries.
- Utilize tools such as Hugging Face, Langchain, and OpenAI API for model development and integration.
- Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs), including both open-source and commercial options.
- Design and develop agent-based systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI agents.
- Work with multi-modal data and develop intelligent agent-based tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and machine learning.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI/ML systems.
- Contribute to the overall AI strategy and roadmap.
Required Skill Sets:
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning principles.
- Programming Skills: Expertise in Python. Proficiency with tools like Hugging Face, Langchain, and OpenAI API is essential.
- Large Language Model Expertise: Hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLMs (both open-source and commercial).
- Agentic AI & Workflow Orchestration: Experience building agent-based systems using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI agents, or similar frameworks.
- Multi-Modal Data and AI Tools: Experience working with multi-modal data and developing intelligent agent-based tools.
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Duration: This is a 6-12 month contract role.
