Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Program Manager to spearhead critical banking transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving large-scale programs across core banking, digital channels, payments, and compliance within a complex, multi-vendor SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in banking transformation and a proven track record of successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, from initiation through post-go-live phases.
- Oversee multiple workstreams, including core banking systems, payment solutions, digital transformation, and data migration.
- Establish and maintain robust program governance, including RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), reporting, and change control processes.
- Coordinate effectively with a diverse range of vendors, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Direct and manage data migration and integration planning activities.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage executive-level communication and reporting.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Program Management: 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
- Banking Transformation: Proven experience leading end-to-end banking transformation programs.
- Platform Exposure: Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Finastra, Temenos, or Oracle FLEXCUBE.
- Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and integration technologies.
- Data Migration: Experience with data migration, preferably from AS400, DB2, or mainframe environments.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification is mandatory.
- Regulatory Environments: Experience working within regulated banking environments.
Nice to Have:
- Agile or SAFe certification.
- Experience with multi-vendor SaaS delivery.
Location and Travel:
- This is a US Remote position with required travel.
- Expect approximately 3 months of onsite work in Aruba, followed by a pattern of 2 weeks per month onsite.
- All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 per year (Estimated)
