About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Production Support Engineer with 6-9 years of experience to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the stability and performance of our production systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, supporting various applications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective production support for critical applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica, other ETL tools, Java applications, and BI tools like MicroStrategy.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement solutions and improvements.
- Document support procedures and resolutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of experience in a production support role.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica and other ETL tools.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
