Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our team for production support of an EBS-based solution. This role involves leading major incidents to closure and performing root cause analysis (RCA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for Oracle EBS based solutions.
  • Lead and manage major incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all major incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of the Oracle EBS environment.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle Forms, WebADI, and XML Publisher.
  • Expertise in APEX and REST API development.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Discrete Manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is a plus.
