Role Summary
Seeking a hands-on SAP Technical Program Manager to lead a critical ERP transformation, including an S/4HANA upgrade (2021 – 2025) and migration from SAP HEC to RISE with SAP (Private Cloud). This role owns end-to-end delivery, coordinating SAP, hyperscaler, and SI partners with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own program governance, roadmap, KPIs, and executive reporting
- Lead S/4HANA upgrade and RISE migration execution
- Manage data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
- Act as single point of accountability across IT, business, SAP, and partners
- Oversee Basis, integrations, security, testing, and quality management
Required Experience & Skills
- 15+ years in SAP with strong technical program leadership
- Proven S/4HANA upgrade and RISE with SAP (Private Cloud) experience
- Deep expertise in SAP Basis, data migration, integrations, and cutover
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120 – $150 per year (Estimated)
