Job Description: Senior Oracle EPM ARCS & FCCS Implementation Consultant
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EPM ARCS & FCCS Implementation Consultant to lead complex Oracle EPM Cloud implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles and strong expertise in Oracle EPM solutions, specifically ARCS and FCCS. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Finance and IT leadership, owning solution architecture and design decisions, mentoring delivery team members, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for ARCS and FCCS initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ARCS and FCCS implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
- Own solution architecture, design decisions, and provide best-practice recommendations.
- Translate complex accounting and close requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
- Architect reconciliation strategies including formats, profiles, rules, and tolerances in ARCS.
- Design and oversee auto-reconciliation and transaction matching solutions in ARCS.
- Define workflows, approvals, controls, and SOX-aligned audit compliance in ARCS.
- Guide finance teams through manual-to-automated reconciliation transformation.
- Act as an escalation point for reconciliation and close-related issues.
- Lead FCCS design covering COA, dimensions, and hierarchy strategy.
- Design consolidation logic, eliminations, intercompany, and ownership management in FCCS.
- Review and validate consolidated financial statements and close outputs.
- Optimize FCCS performance and close cycle efficiency.
- Architect and oversee EPM Data Integration / FDMEE solutions.
- Design data flows from Oracle ERP Cloud, boundary systems, and third-party applications.
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation integrity, and automation.
- Collaborate with ERP and Data teams on upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Act as the primary EPM advisor to Controllers, Accounting leadership, and Finance Transformation teams.
- Lead design workshops and executive walkthroughs.
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Support UAT, cutover planning, and production readiness.
- Mentor and share knowledge with team members.
- Establish implementation standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit expectations, and governance models.
- Drive continuous improvement post go-live.
- Anticipate close and audit risks proactively.
- Provide strategic guidance beyond system configuration.
- Elevate both client and delivery teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of Oracle EPM experience with multiple ARCS and FCCS implementations.
- Senior-level hands-on expertise in ARCS and FCCS.
- Strong accounting knowledge including close, consolidation, intercompany, and reconciliations.
- Experience leading design workshops, UAT, and production cutovers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with finance leadership and technical teams.

- BS in computer science or equivalent technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Desired Skills:
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification (FCCS and/or ARCS).
- Experience with large, global, multi-entity implementations.
- Prior role as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Experience with Task Manager and close orchestration.
- MS in computer science or equivalent technical field is a plus.
- Experience with developing and deploying applications on Azure or similar cloud platform.
Job Location and Type:
This is a hybrid position located in Alpharetta, GA. Resources are required to be local to Alpharetta, GA and able to commit to being onsite 1-2 days per week.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year
