About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fenergo (Fen-X) Configurator to support onboarding, KYC, AML, and client lifecycle workflows within the Fenergo platform. The role involves configuring business rules, data models, and client journeys while working closely with product, compliance, and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience configuring Fenergo Fen-X using Fen-X Designer or similar low-code platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML, and client onboarding regulations
  • Experience configuring workflows, policies, and client journeys
  • Strong experience working with data models, entity types, and attributes
  • Experience with JSON, XML, REST APIs, and integration patterns
  • Experience integrating Fenergo with systems like CRM, core banking, or sanctions screening
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in banking or fintech domain
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Experience with case management and risk rule configuration
  • Exposure to UI customization within low-code platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Configure Fenergo Fen-X platform for onboarding, KYC, AML, and lifecycle workflows
  • Customize rules, workflows, data models, and user interfaces
  • Configure policies and client journeys for onboarding processes
  • Build and maintain entity types, attributes, and document checklists
  • Collaborate with business and compliance teams to implement regulatory requirements
  • Integrate Fenergo with upstream and downstream systems
  • Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups
  • Maintain configuration documentation and version control
  • Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business and compliance needs

Salary: $60 – $65 per year
