About the Role:
We are seeking a Kinaxis Solution Consultant with strong expertise in supply chain planning and Kinaxis implementation. This role involves designing, configuring, and delivering Kinaxis solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex supply chain challenges.
Required Skills:
- 6-8 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Kinaxis solutions
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis implementation projects
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP
- Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using Kinaxis
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience in configuring customized Kinaxis solutions
- Strong experience in end-to-end implementation including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in technical documentation and knowledge transfer
- Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Kinaxis Solution Consultant certification (Level 1 or above)
- Experience working with global supply chain environments
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models
Responsibilities:
- Understand supply chain challenges and provide Kinaxis-based solutions
- Collaborate with architects and project teams to design business processes
- Analyze business requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- Design, build, and configure Kinaxis applications
- Lead implementation activities including testing, training, and documentation
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge artifacts

Salary: $80 – $85 per year
