Job Description: SAP EAM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP EAM and SAP Asset Operations and Maintenance solutions, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business process flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements for SAP EAM modules, including Plant Maintenance (PM), Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), and Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX).
  • Implement SAP PM and PPM configurations, collaborating with the technical team to identify appropriate design solutions and deliver enhancements in the SAP EAM area.
  • Provide end-to-end support for EAM issues faced by business users and resolve them within the stipulated time frame.
  • Prepare Functional Design Specifications for development activities, including Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF objects).
  • Prepare Test Scenarios and perform Unit testing, System testing, and provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation verification.
  • Coordinate between various internal and external stakeholders for daily operations, enhancements, and projects pertaining to the EAM track.

Required Technical Skill Set:

  • Deep expertise in SAP EAM and SAP Asset Operations and Maintenance solution.
  • End-to-end business process flow understanding.
  • Strong knowledge and experience on Technical Objects, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Breakdown/Preventive Maintenance with and without interface processes.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements for SAP EAM modules (PM, PPM, RE-FX).
  • Experience in implementing SAP PM and PPM configurations.
  • Collaboration with technical teams for design solutions and enhancements.
  • Good-to-Have: SAP ABAP knowledge.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for EAM issues.
  • Prepare functional design specifications.
  • Perform unit and system testing.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders.

This is a contract role located in Rosemead, CA. We are looking for an urgent hire.
