Job Description: Senior AI Ops Engineer Gen AI
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Ops Engineer with a specialization in Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our team. This role is crucial for deploying and managing cutting-edge AI solutions, particularly within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Contact Center AI (CCAI) environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage Google Cloud CCAI solutions, including Dialogflow CX virtual agents and Agent Assist.
- Leverage extensive experience in Generative AI (Gen AI), Large Language Model (LLM) Operations, and Conversational AI Operations.
- Utilize hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX for building and optimizing conversational AI experiences.
- Work with Generative AI / LLM applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Python or Node.js.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems using REST APIs and webhook integrations.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and AI performance analytics to ensure system health and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new AI features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model deployment and operation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and cloud technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Demonstrated experience with Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Generative AI (Gen AI) and LLM Operations.
- Proficiency in Dialogflow CX.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.
- Experience with REST APIs and webhook integrations.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and AI performance analytics tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Location and Employment Type:
- This is a Hybrid position, with options to work from Hartford, CT or Minneapolis, MN.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: Hartford, CT
