Role Description
The role of the Threat Release Manager is to be accountable and coordinate cross-functional, multiple phase network implementations, engineering support, and service delivery work. They will coordinate tasks, gather and facilitate delivery requirements, manage communications and updates, escalate take escalations, track and manage synergies and dependencies supporting network implementation deliverables, Cybersecurity Release Deployment (new deployments of Security Systems in support of high-profile projects), and work closely with assigned Engineers, Program and Project Managers, and other support service providers.
The Threat Release Manager focuses and forecasts the delivery track of multi-phase work against change and release calendar(s) and needs to fully understand the bank change processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional network implementations and engineering support.
- Manage service delivery work, including task coordination and requirement facilitation.
- Oversee communications, updates, and escalations for network projects.
- Track and manage synergies and dependencies for network implementation deliverables.
- Manage Cybersecurity Release Deployments for new security systems.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Program Managers, and Project Managers.
- Forecast delivery track of multi-phase work against change and release calendars.
- Understand and adhere to bank change processes.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of network solutions.
- Manage multiple technology areas including Data Center DMZ, B2B, VOR, Enterprise Corporate, Wealth Management, and Branch Financial Center End User networks.
- Oversee solutions including Wireless LAN, Structured Cabling, Cable Systems and Pathways, Public and private transport systems, WAN, Optical systems, and emerging technologies such as Switched-Ethernet, LTE, SDWAN, Cloud and Virtualized services.
- Possess knowledge in related technology areas such as Network Appliance, Video, Voice, Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, UC and Collaboration services.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of networking technologies and functions including Operations, Architecture and Engineering, Product and Service Management, Business Services, and Finance.
- Be mindful of how the role impacts the firm’s business and reputation.

Qualifications
- In-depth experience in Threat platforms including SkyHigh Secure Web Gateway, F5 SSLO, Trellix FireEye.
- Industry Certifications in PMP, ITIL are strongly preferred; technical certifications such as CCNA are a plus.
- Strong background in IT service delivery roles.
- Financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking) experience is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are a must.
- Ability to work independently and successfully in team settings.

Additional Information
This is a remote role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking technologies and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a global solutions and service delivery organization.
