About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications and services using the .NET framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET MVC, and API development, along with front-end technologies. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient web applications using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support various application functionalities.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database design and management.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of professional experience in .NET development.
- Strong knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and API development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or similar database systems.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, Dallas-based team environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
