About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Recruiter to join a dynamic team. The role involves actively seeking and engaging with potential candidates to fill various positions. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
