Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in AI technologies, particularly in the areas of GraphRAG, semantic search, and agentic application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Neo4j, LangGraph, and memory management systems like Redis/Cache. This role requires a deep understanding of AI principles and their application in real-world scenarios, especially within a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced AI solutions leveraging GraphRAG and Hybrid RAG techniques.
- Design and build semantic search capabilities tailored for call center environments.
- Utilize LangGraph for developing sophisticated agentic applications.
- Implement agentic systems with advanced reasoning and signal-based activation mechanisms.
- Develop and optimize Natural Language Query (NLQ) engines.
- Manage and implement short, medium, and long-term memory solutions using Redis/Cache.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI systems.
- Document AI models, algorithms, and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning or related fields.
- Deep expertise in Neo4j database and graph technologies.
- Proven experience with Hybrid RAG and GraphRAG implementations.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with semantic search.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph for agentic application development.
- Experience in developing agentic systems with reasoning and signal-based activation.
- Proficiency in NLQ engine development.
- Experience with Redis/Cache for memory management (short, medium, and long-term).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the call center industry.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
Additional Information:
- This is an onsite position in Alpharetta, GA.
- The contract duration is 12 months.
- Candidates must be local to Georgia (GA Locals).
- PP number is mandatory for this role.
