Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst with a strong background in Asset Management to join our team. This role involves leading complex development and integration projects, focusing on strategy, business analysis, and system analysis within the finance/asset management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex development and integration projects, strategy, Business Analysis, or System Analysis, preferably in the finance/asset management industry.
  • Communicate effectively with technology and business partners, demonstrating strong discussion, debate, and listening skills.
  • Work with Scaled Agile software development processes.
  • Lead and direct others to achieve measurable results.
  • Empathically understand and articulate user needs.
  • Articulate solution or product vision and/or customized solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Utilize various tools to document workflows and data mapping, including Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL, and Visio.
  • Understand analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Learn quickly and work in a changing environment under tight deadlines.
  • Independently manage personal timelines and meet project deadlines.
  • Successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Miro/Lucid, SQL, Excel, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, and Tableau.
  • Experience with AWS Step Functions and Camunda workflows tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work/education experience.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in leading complex projects, strategy, Business Analysis, or System Analysis, preferably in the finance/asset management industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Advanced experience working with Scaled Agile software development processes.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and directing others.
  • Ability to empathically understand and articulate user needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision.
  • Advanced skills using tools like Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL, and Visio.
  • Understanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a changing environment.
  • Ability to independently manage timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Strong experience with Agile, Miro/Lucid, SQL, Excel, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, Tableau.
  • Experience with AWS Step Functions and Camunda workflows tools.

Special Requirements

Hybrid, Must be LOCAL to GA, F2F Interview Required, Comfortable to work on 1099/W2, USC or GC

Compensation & Location

Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)

Location: Alpharetta, GA
