Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst Senior with a specialization in Health IT and integration to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, requiring local candidates only. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare systems, provider engagement, and CRM platforms, with a strong understanding of interoperability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for provider onboarding, integration, and training initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between healthcare providers, technology vendors, and internal project teams.
- Optimize CRM systems to enhance data tracking, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of healthcare data, and maintain comprehensive engagement records.
- Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key indicators.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the Health IT domain.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of healthcare integration projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on Health IT.
- Proven experience in provider engagement and relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of HIE (Health Information Exchange), EHR/EMR systems.
- Demonstrated experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare data integration projects.
- Experience in CRM system optimization and advanced reporting.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
