Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Empyrean Developer to provide technical support and maintenance for the Empyrean application, ensuring system stability and performance. This role involves troubleshooting application issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes or enhancements. You will also assist business users with system usage, data issues, and reporting needs, ensuring high service levels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and user experience is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for the Empyrean application, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.
- Assist business users with system usage, data issues, and reporting needs, ensuring high service levels.
- Support integrations between Empyrean and other enterprise systems, including data validation and reconciliation.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and cloud migration initiatives as applicable.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and support procedures for knowledge continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Empyrean Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Empyrean application and its functionalities.
- Experience with technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to assist business users and address their system-related needs.
- Familiarity with system integrations and data validation.
- Experience with system upgrades and cloud migration is a plus.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: Stamford, CT
