About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Project Manager to own the execution of our Salesforce program at the capability level. This role involves reporting, cross-portfolio impact assessment, and managing tools that enable business teams to stay aligned and communicate effectively. You will act as a program management function for key cross-functional initiatives within Sales, meticulously tracking and managing project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies. This is a critical program delivery role designed to assure the successful delivery of highly visible cross-functional programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning execution at the capability level for the Salesforce program, including reporting & cross-portfolio impact assessment.
- Managing tools that business teams use to stay aligned and communicate internally.
- Acting as a program management function for key cross-functional initiatives within Sales.
- Tracking and managing project risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
- Assuring the delivery of highly visible cross-functional programs.
- Planning business deployment and tracking activities related to business go-live.
- Leveraging strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement mindset.
- Utilizing data to tell a story, drive root cause analysis, and extract actionable insights.
- Managing competing priorities and ensuring thoroughness in deliverables.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of managing complex and highly integrated projects with a technical component.
- Experience writing user stories & test scripts is required.
- Well-versed in multiple styles of Release & Change Management processes, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement mindset.
- Ability to use data to tell a story, drive root cause analysis, and extract actionable insights.
- Passionate about driving quality & efficiency within a project organization.
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
- Knack for fostering positive relationships and ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
- Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned from implementation with business, BPR, and Information Technology group (IS&T).
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others.
- Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
- High level of professionalism, energy, and a sense of urgency to make things happen.
- Self-motivated, driven individual comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
- Experience with agile methods of working.

Education:
- Bachelors degree required.
- PMI/PMP certification preferred.
- Agile certification preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
