Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to data-driven decision-making. This role involves collecting, transforming, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in data processing systems with a focus on security, reliability, fault-tolerance, scalability, fidelity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data structures and data processing systems, including tools, infrastructure, frameworks, and services.
- Assist with Data Warehouse project definition and planning.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues as they arise.
- Develop and manage data ingestion tools, metrics, alerts, notifications, and metadata management.
- Design and build data replication services and Change Data Capture (CDC) processes to incrementally update data in the data warehouse/data marts from systems of record.
- Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for implementing ETL tools in support of the data warehouse vision and reference architecture.
- Build and maintain ETL solutions, preferably on Oracle using PL/SQL.
- Participate in creating a long-term ETL application support model.
- Adhere to technical standards and specifications for performance, security, and orchestration of ETL and data warehouse/mart management.
- Organize metadata and define processes for loading data into and extracting data from the warehouse/marts.
- Perform peer code reviews and quality assurance duties throughout the data warehouse project lifecycle.
- Create, execute, and update unit test plans and test cases for necessary projects and application releases.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data/software development, including data warehousing and ETL tools, techniques, and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL design/tools.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying information, and writing clear, concise documents.
- Extensive Oracle and PL/SQL experience and skills.
- Good experience with relational databases such as Sybase ASE, Oracle, MySQL.
- Experience with AI using Microsoft Copilot is a strong plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau.
- Experience with Informatica.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Newton center, MA.

Local only, Need someone who worked on AI side using Microsoft Copilot, 3 days Hybrid
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $110,000 per year
