Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Databricks and ETL Developer with extensive experience to join our dynamic team. This role is based in Plano, TX, and requires candidates with at least 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will lead the full lifecycle of application development, focusing on scalable solutions and efficient data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of application development, from initial design and implementation to deployment of scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in ETL between different RDBMSs (e.g., Oracle) to Databricks and NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with Mongo DB.
- Working knowledge in Python, PySpark, and Scala.
- Design and implement scalable data processing solutions using Azure Databricks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and data analysts to understand data needs.
- Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and scalability.
- Bring experience working within Agile and Scrum team environments.
- Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Qualifications:

- Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a local candidate for F2F interview.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
