Job Title: Sr. Application Support Manager
As a Senior Support Analyst (Integration), you will be the backbone of our custom API ecosystem. You’ll manage API platform health, lead troubleshooting for complex system integrations, and ensure seamless data flow across the organization. This role blends technical expertise in MuleSoft with a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset to maintain high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex integration errors, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
- API Platform Management: Support custom API solutions and manage the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, data transformation, and flow management).
- Incident Leadership: Lead response efforts for major incidents to prevent financial loss. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- System Reliability: Proactively monitor system health using tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, or Splunk. Build dashboards to catch issues before they impact users.
- Collaboration & Deployment: Work closely with Developers and Business Partners on process automation, deployments, and smooth “move-over” transitions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation and mentor junior team members to improve overall support efficiency.
- Operational Support: Manage day-to-day incidents and participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation for critical production systems.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a relevant Engineering field.
Experience
58+ years as an Integration Engineer, with at least 3 years specifically developing or supporting MuleSoft APIs.
Technical Stack
- Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Data Weave, Flow Design).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadome, Prometheus, Splunk).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
