Job Title: VMWare Admin
Radient.AI is seeking a highly experienced VMWare Administrator with a minimum of 12 years of experience for a 6+ month contract role. This position is primarily remote but prefers candidates willing to work from Milwaukee, WI (WFO in MKE). The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in architecture, deployment, and management of VMware Solutions, with a specific focus on Oracle Compute Cloud Customer (OC3) architecture and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, deploy, and manage VMware solutions.
- Perform strong hands-on operations with Oracle Compute Cloud Customer (OC3) architecture.
- Utilize expertise in OCI Compute, Block Volumes, Boot Volumes, Custom Images, and Shapes in OC3.
- Work with OCI Console and OCI CLI.
- Exposure to automation using Terraform / Ansible is preferred.
- Demonstrate detailed migration knowledge and exposure using the Rack ware tool (MUST HAVE).
- Experience with Oracle RED/REI migration is required.
Required Experience:
- 12+ years of experience as a VMWare Administrator.
- Demonstrated experience in architecture, deployment, and management of VMware Solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Compute Cloud Customer (OC3) architecture and operations.
- Expertise in OCI Compute, Block Volumes, Boot Volumes, Custom Images, and Shapes in OC3.
- Experience with OCI Console and OCI CLI.
- Detail migration knowledge and exposure on using Rack ware tool.
- Oracle RED/REI migration experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to automation using Terraform / Ansible.

This role requires a candidate with deep technical expertise in VMware and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, along with specific experience in migration tools and processes. The ability to automate tasks using Terraform or Ansible is a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
