Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power BI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain complex DAX calculations and data models.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance of Power BI reports and datasets.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data sources.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Lead or Senior Power BI Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Experience with various data sources (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL, Excel).
  • Excellent understanding of business intelligence principles and data visualization best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in North Carolina is a plus.
