Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday integrations, including Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence business processes, as well as experience with Workday Payroll, PICOF, and PECI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Develop and support integrations related to Workday Payroll, PICOF, and PECI.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration of Workday modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features, assessing their impact on existing integrations.
- Document integration processes and technical specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Workday integration best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of Workday Integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors mandatory).
- Workday Payroll, PICOF, PECI knowledge required.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence business processes.
- Experience with Workday Extend or REST API-based extensions preferred.
- Workday Advanced/Composite/BIRT reporting expertise required.
- Strong communication skills – able to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Workday Certification in Integrations or Studio preferred.
Work Location:
San Ramon, CA (local Bay Area candidate preferred)

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
