Job Title: Programmer Analyst 6 (Business Analyst)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Programmer Analyst 6, focusing on Business Analysis, with one of our esteemed clients in Lansing, MI. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Break down large business needs into smaller, manageable user stories for development teams.
- Ensure that technical constraints, limitations, and dependencies are thoroughly considered during the requirement translation process.
- Gain experience working on projects involving vendor-owned, designed, and hosted solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as business administration, information technology, finance, or marketing, or a similar field.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments.
- Proven ability to work with vendor-managed solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
