Job Title: SERVICENOW DEVELOPER
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 10 years of experience for a remote contract position. This role is based in North Carolina, but the work is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, and reports.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript), GlideRecord, and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
