Role: IT Senior Tester
We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) testing for web applications, with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test cases. This role requires experience in functional, integration, and regression testing, as well as expertise in testing REST APIs and SAML SSO implementations.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in QA testing (web applications)
- Experience in functional, integration, and regression testing
- Experience with REST API and SAML SSO testing
- Strong SQL query experience
- Experience in test case creation and execution
- Experience with automation test scripting
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases based on requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Analyze and report test results.
- Work with business teams for UAT and documentation.
- Collaborate with developers for test automation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HP ALM and Jira.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
Additional Information:
This is a hybrid position located in Raleigh, NC. Candidates must be local to the Raleigh, NC area. The interview process will involve a webcam interview. The role requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in QA testing. The Senior Tester will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications by designing, implementing, and executing effective testing strategies.
The candidate should be proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and possess experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts. Collaboration with development teams to identify and resolve defects, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes, will be key aspects of this role. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is highly beneficial.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
