Job Description: AWS Data Lead
We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing scalable and efficient data architectures, including data pipelines and integration with various systems. This role requires strong programming skills in Python, Java, and SQL, as well as deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient data architectures.
- Develop and manage data pipelines and integrations with various systems.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, and S3 for data processing and storage.
- Optimize Spark jobs for performance and efficiency.
- Plan and oversee Sqoop-to-Glue transitions.
- Mentor and guide junior data engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and cloud computing.
Key Skills:
- Data Lead experience

- AWS Services Expertise (Glue, Lambda, S3)
- Spark job optimization
- Sqoop
- Experience in Banking or Financial sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
