Job Summary:
We are seeking an Oracle SaaS Cloud R2R (Record-to-Report [GL, Intercompany]) Techno-Functional Solution Architect. This is a hands-on senior-level consultant role responsible for providing solutions, managing configurations, extensions, and data migration from source systems within the client’s Oracle SaaS & PaaS ecosystem. This will involve coordination across different groups.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and design end-to-end solutions in Oracle General Ledger, Intercompany, and Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH).
- Collaborate with the technical team to build RICE (reports, interfaces, conversions & extensions).
- Provide insights into the technical table structure of Oracle Fusion architecture to work effectively with the development team.
- Possess hands-on experience with OTBI Reports in the R2R Domain area.
- Resolve functional and technical issues.
- Manage SaaS Configurations, Functional Specifications Documents, and Design documents.
- Design PaaS Solutions and create Test Scripts.
- Work with business users and IT teams to resolve defects and issues.
- Familiarity with Oracle Agent Studio is preferred.
Required Skills:
- 6 to 8 years of experience as an Oracle SaaS Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle General Ledger and Intercompany.
- Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), including designing event models beyond simple pass-through configurations.
- Expertise in creating complex SLA (Subledger Accounting) rules and mapping logic.
- Deep understanding of Foreign Currency Translation and Revaluation processes within Oracle Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Essbase reporting and building/using Smart View reports.
- Proven experience designing and managing complex allocation rules, including intercompany allocation structures.
- Working knowledge of Cross-Validation Rules (CVRs) and Chart of Accounts governance.
- End-to-end expertise in Intercompany processing, covering both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) flows.
- Prior to Cloud experience, 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle Finance Modules.
- Overall Functional experience should be 12 to 15 years.
- Good knowledge of integrating Oracle SaaS General Ledger with third-party applications.
- Ability to understand business requirements, map them to Oracle Fusion application functionality, and perform Gap analysis to arrive at an end-to-end technical solution in Oracle SaaS Applications.
- Excellent communication skills for direct interactions with client key stakeholders.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Need Oracle Certifications on SaaS Cloud in R2R area.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Familiarity with EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) for COA and hierarchy management.
- Experience with ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $166,400 – $187,200 per year (Estimated)
