Job Title: Senior Selenium Tester
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Employment Type: C2C Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Selenium Tester with a strong background in automation, Salesforce, AI, and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. This role requires a candidate who is local to CT or within 50 miles of Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Perform comprehensive testing of Salesforce and Agent Force applications.
- Incorporate AI concepts into testing strategies, understanding the non-deterministic nature of AI testing.
- Generate prompts and leverage testing tools to execute AI-driven tests.
- Validate and test AI agent accuracy, refining tests based on results.
- Ensure test data represents realistic user interactions for AI agents.
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Conduct API and data integration testing.
- Work effectively in an onshore/offshore support model, coordinating with remote teams.
- Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
- Experience testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation development, execution, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce and Agent Force.
- Understanding of AI concepts and their application in testing.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing methodologies and Agile principles (SAFe experience preferred).
- Experience with Test Management tools (JIRA, Rational Tool Suite).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be local to CT or within 50 miles of Connecticut.
