Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for an Oracle Fusion System Integration project involving Fusion Financials & PPM. This role requires a strong background in managing transformation projects within the Oracle SaaS cloud ecosystem, with a focus on RICE objects. The position is primarily onsite in Philadelphia, PA, with 3-4 days expected at the client site throughout the program.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with client stakeholders, BI, and PMO partners for day-to-day project operations.
- Manage Capgemini teams onshore and offshore.
- Consultants should have hands-on experience in running Fusion Transformation projects involving technical work around RICE objects.
- Be responsible for reporting project progress.
- Work with the technical team to build RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions & Extensions).
- Have a good understanding of Fusion Technical architecture.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to resolve RAID log issues.
Required Skills:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in running transformation projects involving Oracle SaaS cloud and RICE items.
- Overall functional experience should be 12 to 15 years.
- Good knowledge of Oracle SaaS Financials and PPM processes and their integration with third-party applications.
- Ability to understand business requirements and business processes in Oracle SaaS Financials and PPM Applications.
- Excellent communication skills for direct interactions with client key stakeholders.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in the IT profession.
