Job Opportunity: Dynamic CRM Lead / Architect (Remote)
We have an urgent requirement for a highly skilled and experienced Dynamic CRM Lead / Architect to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-stack development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and the Power Platform. You will be responsible for leading development efforts, designing robust solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of CRM functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM and the Power Platform.
- Act as a technical lead for a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, plugins, and workflows within the Dynamics 365/CRM environment.
- Utilize .Net, .Net Core, Entity Framework, MVC, and WebAPI for backend development.
- Work with Dataverse to manage and integrate data effectively.
- Write complex SQL queries and manage database structures.
- Develop front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in agile development processes and follow standard DevOps practices.
- Ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions through unit testing and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
- Proven experience as a Lead full-stack developer.
- Strong proficiency in .Net, .Net Core, Entity Framework, MVC, and WebAPI.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365/CRM, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Expertise in SQL Server, including data structures and complex query writing.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience working in agile environments with DevOps practices (branching, pull requests, CI/CD).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- AI enthusiast with a learner mindset.
Optional Skills:
- Experience writing unit tests using standard unit test frameworks/libraries.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Experience with SSIS in a SQL and/or Dynamics environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
