Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Junior Project Manager (PM) to join our client, Bridgebio, in San Francisco, CA. This is a hybrid role with a duration of three to six months, focusing on G&A functions and SaaS implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and experience within the biotech/pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Systems Analysis (60-70%): Define business requirements, create test plans and scripts, execute testing, and maintain requirement traceability. Lead test planning efforts, including scripts, test data, and issue resolution tracking. Ensure deliverables align with SOX and/or GxP rigor. Ensure work aligns with IT philosophy and principles (integration patterns, vendor security assessment, SSO, etc.).
- Project Delivery (20-30%): Manage small-to-mid-sized projects across G&A functions, primarily for SaaS implementations or automation efforts. Manage risk, issues, scope, communications, and steering committee meetings. Implement projects from initiation through stabilization using SDLC, Agile, or hybrid approaches. Comfortable managing SOX or GxP rigor with project methodology and deliverables.
- Functional Support: Act as the functional expert for small SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with finance and G&A systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years as a BSA or Functional Analyst.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing project lifecycles, timelines, and deliverables within an SDLC or Agile framework.
- Industry Experience: Biotech/Pharma experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with SOX is a significant plus.
- Systems Exposure: Experience with G&A SaaS systems, particularly in Finance or Accounting, is strongly preferred. Examples include SAP, Coupa, Concur, Workday, ServiceNow, or Okta.
- Soft Skills: Possess an agile/growth mindset. Comfortable taking ownership of projects and learning through execution in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
